Gutter Cap

How Gutter Cap Works Gutter Cap’s patented design uses liquid physics, combining water surface tension, cohesion, and adhesion, allowing rainwater to adhere to the dome of the cap while leaves and debris simply fall off the roof. The existing Gutters become a free-flowing roof drainage system, saving you the hassle and danger of cleaning gutters and saving you thousands of dollars in damage each year.

The Gutter Cap Advantage Vinyl systems can warp and crack in the hot sun or during the cold winter months. The vertical channel design tends to clog even quicker than screens. Squirrels can easily chew through the vinyl to create a home in the gutter.

The choice of 13 colors on Gutter Cap will keep the system low key and almost invisible on your home. Gutter Cap has an edge over other metal systems by its patented no-clog channeling system.

Gutter Cap Installation Gutter Cap can be installed on most roofs with a pitch range of 2/12 to 12/12, including mansard roofs. Maintenance-free Gutter Cap does not fasten with clips or brackets and can be installed over existing gutters. Gutter Cap can even be re-installed if you need a new roof. The low profile of the mount and available colors preserve the curb appeal of your home.

Heater Cap

Why you need Heater Cap In a cold climate, Heater Cap is a must! Ice and snow builds up in gutters and begins a cycle of freezing and thawing (Ice-Damming), causing gutter seams to break and gutters to loosen. The buildup of ice behind gutters could cause damage to the fascia and roof. Falling icicles and refreezing ice melt on walkways are a serious hazard as well.

How it works Heater Cap gently warms the roof, gutter protection (if present), gutters, and downspouts. Heater Cap is comprised of an encapsulated heat cable that is safely hard wired into the home. Keeping the snow and ice out of the gutters is as easy as flipping a switch.

Heater Cap Installation Heater Cap mounts on top of the gutter protection (if needed), gutters, roof, roof valleys, and through the downspouts. The heavy duty heat cable is hard wired into the circuit breaker. A switch is added to turn on and off when needed. The installation may be done on partial or whole house applications.

Heater Cap will eliminate the formation of ice in the gutters.  Install Heater Cap now and prevent costly future repairs or injuries that could easily exceed the cost of installation.

Gutter Cap Stone Coat

How Gutter Cap Stone Coat Works

Gutter Cap Stone Coat is a metal dome gutter cover system. There is growing consumer awareness that metal dome systems work the best to keep leaves and other organic debris out of the gutters. The concept is simple. Debris falls on to the cover, where most of it blows off with the wind. The remainder is rinsed off with the rain. Typically, the debris falls off at the nose portion of the gutter protection, while the water through the process of water surface tension, follows the rounded contour of the nose and falls off when it reaches the straight edge in the trough system. (For more detailed information on various systems, please contact us for a copy of our free Gutter Protection report)

Most metal dome systems are constructed of thin gauge aluminum which is not strong enough to support the panels. Gutter Cap Stone Coat is constructed from thick gauge aluminum alloy which dramatically increases the durability of the panels. When you add the roof granule coating, Gutter Cap Stone Coat is the thickest gutter protection panel and extremely durable.  Durability is important when the product is installed on the roof facing the worst of the weather.

We have discovered that a 7” slot in the trough is the most effective size to allow incidental debris to be flushed through the gutter system, yet still supply adequate support to guard against warping and collapsing of panels.

Gutter Cap Stone Coat’s coating of roofing granules allows it to blend in with the roof line.  Gutter Cap Stone Coat looks better on the home and will maintain its camouflaged appearance for as long as you own your roof.

The roofing granules enhance the process of surface tension due to slowing down the water on the rough surface and additional surface area. We have yet to see another system which water adheres to better than our new finish. Consequently rain water flyover will be greatly minimized.

Gutter Cap Stone Coat looks better and performs more efficiently than all other gutter covers.

Attractive & Durable Gutter Protection

How Gutter Cap Works

Gutter Cap installs over the first row of shingles and gutter.  The majority of debris is pushed off by the wind.  The remainder is flushed off through the principle of surface tension.  Rainwater adheres to the Gutter Cap and drains into the gutter while the debris falls to the ground.

The Gutter Cap Advantage

There is consumer awareness that metal dome gutter protection systems are the most effective.  Gutter Cap takes the design even further with a fully rounded nose, and a patented trough system.  Gutter Cap has an installation training facility available in Chicago.  All installers that have passed the rigorous training course become factory certified.

Gutter Cap Installation

Gutter Cap can be installed on almost any type of roof, shingle type, and pitch from flat roofs to mansards.  The patented design allows gutter cap to mount directly to the lip of the gutter without the use of clumsy brackets or clips.  The panel follows the contour of the roof and blends in with the roofline making it practically invisible.
